How it works
Step 01
Enquiry logged as a lead
Step 02
Talent and rate card picked
Step 03
Quote built and emailed
Step 04
Job tracked through billing
The problem
The agency ran leads, talent profiles and client quotes across three Excel spreadsheets. The process was manual, error-prone and not built to scale.

What I built
- 01A leads CRM with table and kanban views, tracking every enquiry from first contact to confirmed job.
- 02A rate calculator that mirrors real rate cards: talent picker, add-ons, quantities and custom line items, with results copied straight into an email.
- 03A billing pipeline that follows each talent's job from briefing to complete, with a clean way to cancel a job.
- 04A 33-issue client QA pass that fixed the fee math, including a duplicate $500 booking fee, plus a plain-language re-test pack for the client.
Build notes
33 client QA issues closed, fee math fixed and tested
Quotes and invoices now use the right fees. Removed a duplicate $500 booking fee, corrected the talent rate formula, and pinned each rule with tests. 814 tests pass, up from 733, and the client got a plain-language re-test pack.
Rate calculator rebuilt to match how rate cards work
Quoting no longer needs spreadsheet workarounds. The rate calculator gained talent picking, add-ons, quantities and custom line items, with results copied for email. Billing got a clean cancel-job path, and converted leads keep their contact details.
