Drawing

KartraGoHighLevel
  • 2 courses
  • Membership content
  • Websites
  • Automations
  • 200+ active members

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Kartra exported

  2. Step 02

Courses and members rebuilt in GHL

  3. Step 03

    AI quiz routes each prospect

  4. Step 04

    Bot screens new leads

  5. Step 05

    Workshop launches run in GHL

The problem

The founder ran two courses, 200+ members, her websites and her automations on Kartra. All of it had to move to GHL without disrupting active members. She also needed a launch engine for monthly and quarterly workshops.

  • CloseBot
  • Conversational AI
  • Make.com
  • Notion
  • Fathom
  • Facebook Lead Ads
  • React
  • Supabase

What I built

  1. 01A full Kartra to GHL migration: courses, membership content, websites and every active subscriber.
  2. 02A conversational AI quiz that sends each prospect to the right course, and a CloseBot qualification bot that screens leads before they reach the founder.
  3. 03Workshop launch infrastructure: pre-launch sequences, registration funnels, launch-day support and post-launch nurture.
  4. 04Make.com automations for Gmail to Notion, Fathom to Notion, and Facebook Lead Ads to GHL.
  5. 05A live dashboard that pulls revenue, cohort, social and email numbers straight from GHL onto one screen.

Build notes

  1. Revenue and cohort dashboard reworked from voice-memo feedback

A course founder's dashboard now opens on a fixed revenue snapshot with fair period comparisons, cohort gauges and plain-English labels. The rework also exposed cohort data that was plotting wrong numbers for 2 of 5 intakes.

  2. Live GHL revenue, social and email dashboard

A course founder's numbers that GHL spreads across four-plus screens now sit on one: recurring revenue by plan type, a 12-month trend, social reach and email health. Data stays live with a short cache, and the token stays server-side.
